Completion rituals

Planting your original innocence

At the core of your being you are inherently innocent.

You come from the ocean of cosmos and as an individuated drop you hold inside you the perfection of that source. Incarnating into a form means we pass through the veils of humanity’s collective memory and experiences, many of which are tarnished in shame, guilt and fear.

We all have to journey through these veils, to experience the density of human thought-forms and choose to remember who we actually are.

This is one of the fundamental journeys of our incarnation, this remembering of our true nature and where our life is sourced.

This is the home coming to our original innocence.

The base is the last frontier of the holding of our collective shame and fear, here we hide the terror of our humanness and our feeling alone.

The ritual

Find a place of land that you would like to create your ritual on. We are inviting the earth to reveal to us where the seed of our intention would like to be held. You can do this by walking around lands and feeling or through a simple meditation of asking, waiting to feel the answer. Trust yourself and whatever you feel.

Finding a seed that you resonate with- you may visit a nursery or find a seed pod in nature.

Taking some time before the ritual to feel into what you are planting.

What aspects of you true nature are you anchoring here onto this earth and into your life?

Before this ritual you may want to spend some time releasing what is in the way of this planting; thought-forms, stories or memories. You can jot them down on a small piece of paper and burn them or write them into your journal

You might want to encase your seed in a letter or add other elements such as crystals, herbs or oils to the planting.

Spend some conscious time during the ritual to feel what it would be like to truly remember who you are. That you are ready to live this truth of innocence and purity while at the same time holding compassion for your human self.

Journal Questions for the ritual

Where do I carry shame of being human?

What do I hide from others?

Can I accept that at my core I am wild innocence? Sourced from love?

What is in the way of accepting this? What thoughts or stories?

Celebrating the journey

There really is never a ‘completion’ to anything but more transitions into new phases. For this closing ritual I am inviting you to celebrate what has shifted over your time exploring these teachings. Most people never stop to acknowledge the small victories of growth but move onto the ‘next’ areas for improvement. I invite you to pause and create a closing ritual of celebration by crafting an experience for yourself that truly honours you.

How can you celebrate yourself and your life right now?

Journal Questions
