It is hard to put an exact age as each young person is so unique but the age range in mind is between 9 and 13 years of age. Again anyone who feels called to the course will no doubt be suitable. For younger kids it might be necessary to have caregivers or mothers join them in undertaking the course.

Although the content and creation is centred around the experience of girls and female bodies, if your son or young fellow is interested in magic and creativity this will also be something of value.
Just let them know that there will be some reference to girls at times but creativity and magic is for anyone who is interested.

This course is designed to be explored over many weeks and some of the meditations can be daily practices. We consider this more of a way of life as opposed to something to complete, it encourages young people to be creative and incorporate imagination, ritual and gentle introspection into their lives.

This really depends on the age and maturity of the child. For some rituals such candle magic we recommend parental supervision (and remind the young people to get permission before lighting candles). As a general rule we recommend parents to stay close to your child as they explore this as much as they need or want you to.
