It is hard to put an exact age as each young person is so unique but the age range in mind is between 9 and 13 years of age. Again anyone who feels called to the course will no doubt be suitable. For younger kids it might be beautiful to have caregivers or mothers join them in undertaking course.
Absolutely! Although the content and creation is centred around the experience of girls and female bodies, if your son or young fellow is interested in magic and creativity this will also be something of value. Just let them know that there will be some reference to girls but all young people can explore this if called.
This course is designed to be explored over many weeks and some of the meditations can be daily practices. We consider this more of a way of life as opposed to something to complete, it encourages young people to be creative and incorporate imagination, ritual and gentle introspection into their lives.

This really depends on the age and maturity of the child. For some rituals such candle magic we recommend parental supervision (and remind the young people to get permission before lighting candles). As a general rule we recommend parents to stay close to your child as they explore this as much as they need or want you to.

The topics are:
Altar Creation- learn to create an altar to house your most sacred objects and to create a space of stillness.
Heart Gnosis- An introduction to Mary Magdalene and the heart as a place of guidance.
Water Magic- Make a potion and also create a water prayer as we learn about the wisdom of water and how it speaks to us.
Candle Creation- Work with the element of fire and create a candle with magical sigil.
Magic of the Moon- Larn about the cycles of the moon and how you can create simple rituals over the full and new moon. Explore the magic of moon blood, a special time of the month of menstruation.
Loving You- We explore the importance of self love and offer a guided practice for daily connection.
