Enter the dark

Welcome to the teachings of the dark- a portal of practices to take you into formlessness; your deepest nature. This offering was inspired by the global pause that we are currently navigating through the Corona Virus which is asking humanity to ‘be still and listen’. So I listened, waited and opened myself up to the unfamiliar notes of ‘having no idea’ as everything that was mapped out in the light of my future became stardust. What was illuminated during this time of stillness, silence and receptivity was the pulse of deep space inside the core of my body, heart and consciousness and these dark teachings arose. I spent a period of time during this global pause attuning myself to these galactic energies by switching my day to night; rising to the dark and sleeping during sunlight hours, meditating with supermassive black holes and opening my body to the dark ecstatic energies inside the core of the earth, I cracked my heart open to these mysteries and they consumed everything.

What is Dark?
The dark is the emptiness that lives at the core of everything, the invisible force that both animates form (dark matter) and penetrates all awareness (dark light). It is the ONE life which we are part of, the cosmic ocean upon which our being is merely a constellation . The dark is the ecstatic energy of life we call ‘the mystery’ that lives at the core of all things from black holes at the centre of galaxies to the atoms in your body. This dark is not a polarity to light but the place from which both light and form arises. The dark has been called many things, ‘God’, ‘Source’ ‘Spirit’, ‘The Tao’ - there are innumerable ways to connect to this greater life, for me working with the principle of dark has been the most significant portal into the true nature of reality which is unbounded, limitless and ecstatically vibrating.

Why the Dark?
We are entering a time of great civilisational change and crisis with the equinoctial shift from the age of Pisces into Aquarius entering a new cycle of World Age. Can you feel the rumblings of change underfoot? We are at a critical time where the pressure on humanity to evolve sits at the razor edge of civilisational extinction; either awaken or bust.
The past 2000 years has seen the legacy of the ‘Son of God’ influencing an age of illumination centred around the sun or soul. Our planetary gaze has centred around the ‘light’ of knowledge and form. This journey took us into the blinding glare of individuation, we developed paradigms of rationality and reductionism and basically got so lost in the shining of our own light we forgot where we came from, we forfeited our dark roots. We were so busy illuminating the light of our single ‘I’ we stopped vibrating with the dark whole, the holy dark.
For humanity to thrive during the next cycle of World Age the current civilisational structures and forms must change. The house of humanity was built on foundations laced with survival fears, our base holds terrified roots. Enter the dark.
The dark both destroys and purifies form and reorganises life; accelerating evolution. This energy destroys structures of consciousness, awakens powers held inside matter (kundalini forces) and can tear through any sheaths that obstruct our core, essential self. The dark is humanity’s answer to a full reset and reboot, whether it is to shift thought forms or unlock healing powers inside the body and earth; this intelligence will consume everything. If we give our consent to this power, we become bigger players in a universe that expands beyond our capacity to capture it into form; we enter the mystery as awake participants. Our awareness of ‘self’ through this portal is able to extend beyond our human centric life into the vast arena of galaxies, supermassive black holes and inside the dark mycelium web of matter.
We could spend our entire life working through our personal and collective trauma; we could replace our current global ideologies with new ones, psychologise and theorise our issues or we can surrender them to the dark and let the One life consume it. Unlike light, the speed of dark is instantaneous and pervasive, it can pass through everything. The dark is not interested in stories, ideologies or individual notions; it wants to liberate you from the encasement of form while demanding everything until there is nothing left to hold.
The dark wants to use us- it wants to penetrate our consciousness and lift us to cosmos, the dark coiled inside matter longs to vibrate ecstatically up through our bodies and the earth and all we need to do is give our consent.
Gateways into the Dark

The dark rests behind all duality accessed through the singularity of one and then none. There are three main gateways to the dark;
The Base; The portal into the dark of matter.
The Crown; The portal into the dark light of cosmos accessed through awareness.
The Heart; The portal into the dark love at our core and our divine humanity.
The base and crown form the upper and lower dark, pillars of singularity points converging at the heart. These gateways are not linear but circular, descending into the dark core of matter can ‘pop’ us up into cosmos and vice versa. Entering the core of the dark is like journeying through a wormhole- each gateway a portal into the other ONE.
As the access points are across three energy centres which differ in vibrational frequency from denser (base) to subtle (crown), the experience of dark energy holds a unique note as it transmits through each. The dark in matter can be felt vibrationally throughout our body from stronger gross sensations to subtle waves of energy felt molecularly. The experience of dark as we ascend through the crown into cosmos is expansive and finer as the energy moves through the veils of our infinite awareness. The dark accessed through the core of the heart is a merging of both these frequencies; it can be felt vibrationally yet also holds an expansive quality and is filtered through the key note of the heart; unification.
The energy of dark is both penetrating and penetrable; receiving and transmitting. Once attuned to each individual centre, synergy occurs as the three operate as ONE. When one centre is activated the other two can also ‘light up’ or come online.
The dark requires our consent and once given this intelligence works through us whether we are conscious of it or not; the dark enters.
